End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Meetility
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING MEETILITY.
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Meetility, the developer of Meetility. By installing, accessing, or using Meetility, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant:
Meetility grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use Meetility solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.
2. User Content:
By using Meetility, you acknowledge and agree that any content (text, images, videos, etc.) you submit, post, or share on the platform is your own responsibility. Meetility does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-generated content.
3. Events and Gatherings:
Users of Meetility have the ability to create and join events. Meetility is not responsible for the organization, safety, or content of these events. Users participate at their own risk, and Meetility is released from any liability associated with events hosted or attended through the platform.
4. Code of Conduct:
Users must adhere to a code of conduct that strictly prohibits objectionable content and abusive behavior. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Abusive behavior includes harassment, hate speech, bullying, or any conduct that interferes with the well-being and enjoyment of other users.
Meetility reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including the removal or suspension of users, in response to violations of this code of conduct. Users are encouraged to report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the provided reporting mechanisms within the Meetility platform.

6. Apple Store Approval:
This Agreement is intended to comply with the App Store Review Guidelines set forth by Apple Inc. Meetility will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns raised by Apple to ensure the continued availability of Meetility on the App Store.

This license is effective until terminated by you or Meetility. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
8. Changes to the Agreement:
Meetility reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of Meetility after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
