We aim to reply within two business days. A human reads every message.
Need help with the app? (Support)
Email us with “Support” in the subject and include:
- The email or username on your Meetility account
- Your device and app version (e.g. iPhone 15, Android 14)
- What happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one
- If it’s about a specific event: the event name and date
For account deletion, you don’t need to write in — you can delete your account directly in the app under account settings. See our privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Want to work with us? (Partnerships & venues)
Email us with “Partnership” in the subject. We’re happy to hear from:
- Venues and cafés that want to host recurring meetups
- Communities and clubs that want to run their events on Meetility
- Brands interested in supporting local events in the UAE and beyond
Tell us who you are, what you have in mind, and roughly what scale you’re thinking. Short is fine — we’ll ask follow-ups.
Writing about us? (Press)
Email us with “Press” in the subject and your deadline. We can share the Meetility story, real community numbers (14,000+ members, 1,400+ events hosted), and put you in touch with active hosts. If you’re on a tight deadline, say so in the subject line and we’ll prioritize it.
